2023 Mint Eco Price Increase Notification

To our valued customers, 

Mint Eco Car Wash is a relationship-focused organization. We believe that communicating with our customers in a clear, honest, and consistent manner is a critical part of this relationship.  

To that end, we wanted to let you know ahead of time that we will be raising prices on our Club Plans and Detail Services across all Mint Eco locations effective Tuesday, August 1, 2023. We will NOT be raising the pricing on our Retail Wash Menu, or our Maintenance Interior services this year. This price increase is the first price increase to our Club Plans since 2019.  

This decision was necessitated by the increases in our costs across all departments over the last three years. As the following table shows, inflation has risen over 20% since we started our business and our costs have increased at inflationary levels or greater.  

As mentioned above, the price increase we are implementing (shown in the table below), is our first such price increase since 2019. Our goal is for our price increases to: (1) be informed by inflation, while (2) maintaining a price for our services that is at or below the market average. We believe that the prices below accomplish these two goals: 

The price changes that will take effect on August 1st includes a $3.00 increase to all three of our Club Plan packages before tax, and a 10% increase on average on our Detailing Services. This change will automatically apply to all active Unlimited Plan Memberships in our system starting in the August recharge cycle.
