The Detailer at Mint Eco Car Wash plays a pivotal role in ensuring every vehicle receives the highest standard of care, contributing to our mission of delivering a 'Five-Star' guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
Guest and Members Experience
Consistently providing five-star guest and employee experiences that leave lasting positive impressions.
Build a loyal customer base by establishing relationships based on honesty and expertise.
Handle customer complaints in an even-tempered, fair, and empathetic manner.
Detailing Operations
Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards and client specifications.
Operate equipment such as buffers, hoses, and vacuums effectively to meet service expectations.
Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to enhance vehicle appearance.
Perform detailed inspections and maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions.
Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
Assist with inventory management and report any equipment malfunctions.
Uphold Mint Eco’s commitment to environmental sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
Collaboration and Improvement
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Continuously seek ways to enhance the detailing process and overall guest experience.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License (Required).
Experience in automotive detailing or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English.

8-hour shifts.
