Job Summary: 

The Detailer at Mint Eco Car Wash plays a pivotal role in ensuring every vehicle receives the highest standard of care, contributing to our mission of delivering a 'Five-Star' guest experience. Key Responsibilities: 

Guest and Members Experience

• Consistently providing five-star guest and employee experiences that leave lasting positive impressions. 

• Build a loyal customer base by establishing relationships based on honesty and expertise. 

• Handle customer complaints in an even-tempered, fair, and empathetic manner. 

  Detailing Operations 

• Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards and client specifications. 

• Operate equipment such as buffers, hoses, and vacuums effectively to meet service expectations. 

• Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to enhance vehicle appearance. 

• Perform detailed inspections and maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions. 

• Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols. 

• Assist with inventory management and report any equipment malfunctions. 

• Uphold Mint Eco’s commitment to environmental sustainability and eco-friendly practices. 

  Collaboration and Improvement

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 

• Continuously seek ways to enhance the detailing process and overall guest experience. 

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Valid Driver's License (Required). 

• Experience in automotive detailing or a related field. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Work Schedule: 

• 8-hour shifts. 

• Day shifts. 

• Weekend and holiday availability required. 

Location: This is an in-person position at our locations in West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, and Jupiter.
