Driveway Renovation update: 316 Southern Boulevard

Members and Guests,

We have EXCITING news to share!

After months of hard work and tremendous support from our community, our new driveway at 316 Southern Boulevard is finally complete! The new driveway will be open starting Tuesday, April 2.

Members and Guests will now use the entrance/exit (located 100 feet south on Olive Avenue). There is also a new turn lane before the entrance, making it easier to decelerate and make the turn.

Our new driveway has allowed us to create TWO lanes instead of one. Because of this, we have designated a special Member’s Lane, which is the inside lane (right-hand lane bordering the privacy hedge) pictured below. This lane will allow for a faster and more seamless experience for Members moving forward! Furthermore, our non-members will have their own lane to allow for a more relaxed “Guest” experience to go with the more efficient “Member experience.”

We will have signage on-site to help our Members and Guests get used to the new flow. There are a few additional enhancements like land that our team will be finishing over the next few weeks including new canopies over the driveway and landscaping, but we wanted to get the entrance open as soon as possible.
