To manage your account, please enter the phone number associated with your Unlimited Wash Membership. If the phone number you entered is not on file, the form below will then prompt you to enter your license plate number & last four of the card on file so that you can access your account. If, for any reason, you are struggling to access your account, please email marketing@mintecocarwash.com, and we will be happy to assist you!
Mint Eco Membership Terms
1. Payment Authorization: You authorize Mint Eco Car Wash to automatically charge your credit or debit card each month for your membership. This charge will recur on your monthly membership anniversary date unless canceled at least 24 hours prior.
2. Month-to-Month Membership: Your membership is month-to-month and can be managed anytime through our online Customer Portal. Through the portal, you may: change the card on file, update your license plate, freeze your membership, change your membership level, or cancel your membership.
3. Cancellation Policy: To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be submitted through the Customer Portal at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Late cancellations will not be refunded.
4. Pricing Updates: Mint Eco may update the monthly membership pricing at any time. If pricing changes, members will receive at least 30 days’ notice via email and/or text message.
5. One Vehicle Per Membership: Each membership is valid for one (1) vehicle only. Memberships may not be shared or transferred between vehicles.
6. Failed or Expired Payments: If the card on file is declined or expired, Mint Eco reserves the right to cancel your membership if a valid card is not provided within 15 days.
7. Promotional Offers: Customers who sign up using a promotional (discounted) offer are not eligible for another promotional membership for 12 months from the original sign-up date.
8. Marketing Communications: You consent to receive text messages and emails from Mint Eco regarding your account & exclusive promotions. You may opt out at any time.
9. No Refunds for Unused Time: Mint Eco does not provide refunds for unused months of membership once a charge has been processed.
10. Vehicle Damage Policy: By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to Mint Eco’s Vehicle Damage & Liability Policy, which is clearly displayed at the tunnel entrance.
