Job Summary: 

The Car Wash Attendant at Mint Eco Car Wash plays a pivotal role in leading the team to consistently deliver a 'Five-Star' guest experience. We exist to make people happy. Key Responsibilities: 

Member and Guest Experience

• Consistently provide five-star guest and employee experiences that leave lasting positive impressions. 

• Build a loyal customer base by establishing relationships based on honesty and expertise. 

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information effectively and courteously. 

  Car Wash Operations

• Understand and explain various car wash services to customers. 

• Finish the exterior of vehicles post-wash. 

• Vacuum, clean windows, and wipe down vehicle interiors. 

• Ensure vehicles meet our quality standards. 

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation. 

• Assist with opening and closing procedures. 

• Help maintain and service wash equipment. 

  Collaboration and Improvement

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 

• Continuously seek ways to enhance the car wash process and overall guest experience. 

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Valid Driver's License (Required). 

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. 

• Courteous, responsible, and detail-oriented. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bilingual in Spanish and English. 

• Experience in customer service or a related field.

Work Schedule: 

• 8-hour shifts.

Location: This is an in-person position at our locations in West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, and Jupiter.
