Detail Lead

Reports to: Service Manager

Job Summary: As the Detail or Interior Lead at Mint Eco Car Wash, you must be able to consistently deliver a 'five-star' experience for our guests and employees. We Exist to Make People Happy, success in this role is driven by our commitment to being experiential, expert in our field, and maintaining a critical eye for continuous improvement. Success in these roles is achieved by fostering expertise in the car wash field, cultivating relationship-oriented interactions, maintaining consistent, honest, and clear communication, and ‘trusting the process’. The Detail and Interior Lead are responsible for training new team members, coordinating daily workflow, and providing direction and support to the team. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Department Performance:

• Contribute to your department’s success by working with and inspiring your team to reach and exceed the department’s guest and employee satisfaction as well as sales and profit goals.

2. Execution:

• Communicate, teach, and enforce Mint Eco standards and processes.

3. Accountability:

• Hold team members accountable who are not performing at the required level.

• Celebrating team members who are consistently high achievers. 

4. Training & Coaching:

• Work alongside your department’s training staff to quickly train new hires.

• Provide additional training/re-training to existing staff members as needed.

• Provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching.

5. Quality Control:

• You are responsible for delivering completed vehicles to guests and handling any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their service.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual – proficient in English & Spanish.

• You must have a valid driver's license. 

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
